GTZ-15-300 YT/GZ-4 Series Three-Phase Spark-Free Connectors are suitable for power distribution connections in petroleum exploration, drilling platforms, electrical circuits, and MCC rooms.
They feature reliable contact, excellent sealing performance, and provide rainproof, shockproof, and dustproof capabilities.
The connector consists of a plug and a socket. The plug is movable (YT), while the socket offers three configurations:
1. Panel-mounted fixed type (GZ)
2. Removable (YZ)
3. Tilted Fixed (XGZ)
The plug and socket utilize a bayonet-style quick-connect mechanism. Contact terminals are crimped onto cable ends for secure attachment. Contacts are positioned and supported by elastic tooth rings. The plug features a detachable structure for easy assembly and disassembly. Plug contacts are silver-plated, and the housing is manufactured from die-cast aluminum alloy.
