1. Aluminum alloy die-cast housing undergoes high-speed shot blasting followed by high-pressure electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance and aging resistance.

3. The LBZ series features two housing structures: fully flameproof and composite. Internally houses flameproof chamber-specific indicator lights, pushbuttons, universal changeover switches, instruments (other instruments can be installed per user requirements), potentiometers, etc. The LCZ series employs an increased safety enclosure structure, housing explosion-proof components such as indicator lights, pushbuttons, changeover switches, instruments, and potentiometers.
4. Increased safety terminal blocks from domestic or international renowned brands are used, enhancing product safety.
5. Explosion-proof components feature modular design for high interchangeability.
6. Diverse switch functions can be customized per user requirements; switch handles can be equipped with padlocks to prevent accidental operation.
7. Hinges can be added to the enclosure and cover as required, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and convenient maintenance access.
