Vacuum Conveyors with Protective Coating are capable of safely conveying acid and corrosive powders without contamination and maintaining product integrity, thanks to the use of gaskets resistant to this type of application and to a wide range of coatings (Blue Armor, Halar ECTFE, PFA, SR60EX Antistatic Halar ECTEFE, SR65 Ivory White) carefully selected depending on the product and the production process.

The working principle is not different from that of the Standard Powder Transfer Systems (VTS ‑ Vacuum Conveyor), which, thanks to the Venturi pump installed on board the machine or a centralized vacuum system, creates a negative pressure inside the Conveyor resulting in product suction with its subsequent discharge.
