These integrated modules improve cleaning efficiency, prevent cross-contamination, and ensure the product purity required by the production process.
The WIP system employs a liquid detergent sucked in through an aspiration lance, effectively cleaning the filter and all internal surfaces of the Vacuum Conveyor. A specially designed float system ensures the liquid level doesn't exceed the maximum level, while a dedicated valve installed on the lid prevents liquid from reaching the vacuum pump. After the washing phase, the aspiration phase removes the remaining liquid from the Conveyor's body using a vacuum.
This mechanical cleaning system uses spray nozzles to thoroughly clean the filter and all internal surfaces of the Vacuum Conveyor. The CIP system guarantees the complete removal of product residues. After the wash cycle, the interior surfaces are dried with air and/or nitrogen gas, ensuring the system is hygienically clean.
Compatible only with the CIP module, SIP operates similarly but also introduces superheated steam through the rotating nozzles to thoroughly sterilize the equipment. This dry sterilization process meets stringent sanitation requirements by eliminating microbial contamination while leaving no chemical residue.
This type of cleaning system is mainly applied in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, particularly in sterile production areas, where preserving chemical and physical product properties and eliminating cross-contamination risks is crucial.
All AGIERRE Vacuum Conveyors feature innovative designs that prevent any product or liquid residue from accumulating inside the Conveyor body.
The Vacuum Conveyors can be operated using either a pneumatic control console or a PLC system. They are manufactured in compliance with cGMP guidelines and UNI EN ISO standards. In line with our design and construction philosophy, all Conveyors can be customized to perfectly meet our Customers' needs and requirements.
