1. The BD8060 series explosion-proof indicator lights (hereinafter referred to as explosion-proof indicator lights) are explosion-proof components that cannot be used independently.
2. They must be used in conjunction with enhanced safety enclosures and enhanced safety operating heads for hazardous locations in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas atmospheres of Class II, Groups A, B, and C, Temperature Classes T1 to T6, as well as Zone 21 and Zone 22 of explosive dust atmospheres of Class III.
3. Suitable for use as optical signal indicators in circuits with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a maximum voltage of 400V (DC 250V).

1. The explosion-proof indicator employs a composite explosion-proof structure (combining explosion-proof and increased safety types), featuring a flat rectangular design.
2. The housing consists of two parts: an explosion-proof shell molded as a single unit from reinforced flame-retardant nylon PA66 and polycarbonate PC (eliminating traditional bonding surfaces), with increased safety terminals and matching mounting brackets on both sides (also serving as electrical protection).
3. Internal LED indicators and circuit boards are configured for four voltage ranges.
4. The external bracket is directionally adjustable and can be assembled into either an upper or lower structure.
5. The upper structure can be fitted with an enhanced safety type operating head, while the lower structure mounts on C35 rails within the enclosure.
6. The explosion-proof indicator’s metal components are made of stainless steel, paired with a plastic housing to meet the demands of highly corrosive environments.
